Description
The holidays are coming up. Are you expecting guests? Let’s work on a fabulous charcuterie board to amaze everyone. This class will teach you the basics of water bath canning while making a delicious product. I will be purchasing a mix of vegetables and you will be able to mix a jar or choose one type. We will make a basic brine with options to jazz it up. There will be options to make dill and sweet varieties.
All equipment will be provided please bring a towel to wrap your jars and a bag to carry them home.
